SteelFlex™

SteelFlex™ is an innovative roof termination/flashing system. The system is a combination of either bitumen, built-up or single-ply membranes mechanically bonded in the field to a Galvalume® steel flashing or metal edge component. The steel formed portion provides an aesthetically attractive surface to meet the requirements of the most severe climates while the flexible membrane assures that the entire assembly can be installed easily and conveniently to any type of roof membrane without concern for leaks or periodic maintenance.

SYSTEM FEATURES

• Eliminates installation concerns for sensitive detailing of bonding a metal edge or metal flashing to a modified, built-up or single-ply roof system
• All components are custom-made to order for design flexibility
• Free-floating wall flashing attached to a unique, weather-proof interlocking counter flashing
• 24 guage Galvalume® clamping cleat and painted 26 guage wall and edge metal components
• Membranes by others (modified, PVC, TPO, EPDM, etc.)
